The Committee for Wellington comprises business and community leaders from the Shire who are passionate and committed to the economic development of the region, recognising the benefits that will flow to our community including job creation and infrastructure development.

Rather, we see our role as being facilitators, thinkers and catalysts through initiating, validating and building community support for longer-term projects that will promote the diversity, strengths and opportunities of Wellington as a desirable place to live work and invest.
